How do I pay for my Program Board Ad online? 
​Select one of the Program Board Ad sizes above, and you will be directed to complete your information and payment online using a debit/credit card. That's all there is to it!
Please note:
  • Create your ad using the dimensions noted above.
  • Submit digital files only - PDF (300 dpi) or JPEG (high resolution).
  • Email your ad to mhschoirads@gmail.com by October 1st.

How do I pay for my Program Board Ad by cash or check? 
​Print out and complete the Program Board Order Form using the  link below. Make your check payable to "MHS Choir Boosters" or pay by cash and deliver the form and payment to the Midway High School Choir Office  (NOT the school receipts window) by October 1st.
