How do I pay for my Choir Booster Membership online?
Select one of the membership levels above, and you will be directed to complete your information and payment online using a debit/credit card. That's all there is to it!

How do I pay for my Choir Booster Membership by cash or check?
Print out and complete the Membership Form using the  link below. Make your check payable to "MHS Choir Boosters" or pay with cash and deliver the form and payment to the Midway High School Choir Office (NOT the school receipts window) by October 1st.
Your name will be printed on a 20" x 30" Membership Program Board displayed at the ​entrance of each
choir concert. MHS Choir Booster Club supports our choir students in many ways, including:
Senior Scholarships
Choir Trips and Activities
Choir Social Events
​Spring Banquet
